Job Description

  1. Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.

  2. Monitor staff performance and assign duties accordingly.

  3. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the work area.

  4. Handle customer complaints and provide quick solutions.

  5. Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.

  6. Train and guide junior staff members.

  7. Maintain service quality standards and company policies.

  8. Prepare daily reports and update management about operations.

  9. Monitor stock availability and report shortages when needed.

  10. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Note: Duty Time: 12AM to Closing

Bachelor’s in Hotel Management required.
