Job Description

  1. Supervise daily floor operations in the club, bar, and restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high standards.

  2. Greet guests, resolve complaints, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

  3. Support and coordinate staff during peak hours, maintaining effective communication with the kitchen.

  4. Lead, train, and mentor staff, monitor performance, grooming, and punctuality.

  5. Promote food, beverages, and special offers to enhance revenue.

  6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards; assist with cash reconciliation, inventory, and event support.

Duty hour- 9 hour
