We are looking for an experienced and skilled Flair Bartender Instructor to train and develop aspiring bartenders in professional flair bartending techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong practical expertise in working flair and craft flair, along with the ability to demonstrate and teach techniques effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on working flair and craft flair techniques.
Demonstrate professional bottle handling, pouring, juggling, and flair movements safely and effectively.
Train students in proper bartending techniques, speed, accuracy, presentation, and coordination.
Develop and deliver structured training sessions based on students’ skill levels and learning objectives.
Provide demonstrations, guidance, feedback, and performance assessments to help trainees improve their flair skills.
Maintain proper safety, hygiene, equipment handling, and professional bartending standards during training sessions.
Keep training sessions engaging and professional while sharing practical industry knowledge and current flair bartending techniques.
Note:
Duty Hour: 8.5 Hours
