Salary will be discussed in interview Competitive salary based on experience food will be provided One day holiday in a weekFinancial Oversight: Monitor day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and revenue tracking.
Budget Management: Prepare, analyze, and control departmental and overall hotel budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Revenue & Expense Monitoring: Track room revenue, F&B revenue, banquet/event income, and other hotel service revenues against operational expenses.
Internal Controls: Implement financial control systems to safeguard hotel assets, cash handling, and inventory.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and performance reports to management.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with hotel industry accounting standards, local tax laws, and company policies.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, banking, reconciliations, and credit control procedures.
Cost Control: Work with F&B, housekeeping, front office, and operations teams to monitor cost centers and minimize wastage.
Note:
Working day: 6 day in a week.
Duty time: 8:30am - 5pm and 2pm - 10pm.
