Job Description
  1. Collect, deliver, and submit cheques, bills, payment vouchers, and related documents to banks, vendors, and departments as required.

  2. Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of all financial documents, obtaining proper acknowledgments.

  3. Maintain accurate daily records of deliveries, collections, and submissions for reporting purposes.

  4. Assist in receiving, issuing, and recording stock, materials, and inventory items.

  5. Keep inventory logs updated in coordination with the Account Officer and support physical stock verification monthly and quarterly.

  6. Report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the concerned authority.

  7. Handle routine banking activities, including cheque deposits, withdrawals, and collections.

  8. Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before submission, and maintain systematic filing of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.

  9. Maintain both digital and physical records for easy retrieval, ensuring alignment with the accounts team.

  10. Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments, and support office administrative and logistics tasks as assigned.

    ----Two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for the candidate.
