Job Description

  • Data Collection – Conduct field visits to collect data through surveys, interviews, or observations as per project requirements.

  • Community Engagement – Interact with local communities, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to gather accurate and reliable information.

  • Report Preparation – Document findings and submit daily or weekly reports to supervisors or project coordinators.

  • Support Field Activities – Assist in the implementation of project activities such as awareness programs, training sessions, or service delivery.

  • Travel & Mobility – Travel frequently to various field sites, sometimes in remote or rural areas.

  • Record Maintenance – Maintain proper records of visits, attendance, and project tools or equipment used in the field.

  • Compliance – Ensure adherence to organizational protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines during fieldwork.

  • Problem Solving – Identify and report challenges encountered during field activities and suggest practical solutions.

  • Team Coordination – Collaborate with other field workers, supervisors, and local partners to ensure effective execution of tasks.

  • Basic Technical Use – Use mobile apps, GPS devices, or other digital tools for data entry and navigation if required.
