·         Assist on-site community mobilization in group formation, problem analysis and group mobilization for clean drinking water, sanitation and health for effective performance.

·         Facilitate the creation and supply of demand for clean drinking water, sanitation and health.

·         Supporting collective leadership and organizational development

·         Provide support based on the needs of on-site teams.

·         Managing reports and records

·         Always ready for Professional performance skills development  of own and on-site staff

·         Relationship building, coordination and collaboration with like minded stakeholders

·         Provide need-based training to staffs
