Perform fiber splicing and testing using tools like OTDR.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs.
Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
Maintain records of work performed and provide reports.
Collaborate with team members and communicate with customers.
Recover ONT, routers, drop cables, and other customer-premises equipment (CPE) from inactive, terminated, or shifted customers.
Coordinate with field teams, RTMs, OIs, and Customer Care to ensure timely asset recovery.
