Job Description

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

  2. Create a positive and friendly environment by engaging with guests and maintaining a professional demeanor.

  3. Take customer orders, make recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction.

  4. Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes or customer preferences.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including cleaning glasses, bar tools, and ensuring supplies are stocked.

  6. Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and adhere to all responsible alcohol service laws and guidelines.

  7. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips accurately and responsibly.

  8. Assist in inventory management and ordering bar supplies as needed.

  9. Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.

  10. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

  11. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
