Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver seamless and personalized service across all F&B outlets in line with The Postcard standards.

  2. Maintain excellent product knowledge of menus, beverages, and ingredients to guide guests effectively.

  3. Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained impeccably throughout service.

  4. Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences.

  5. Assist in daily mise-en-place and inventory control.

  6. Uphold hygiene and safety protocols in all service areas.

  7. Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth functioning of the F&B department.
