Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. निर्धारित रेसिपी तथा गुणस्तर मापदण्डअनुसार विभिन्न फास्ट फुड तथा खाजाका परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने।

  2. मोमो, चाउमिन, फ्राइड आइटम, स्यान्डविच, बर्गर लगायतका परिकारहरू आवश्यकताअनुसार तयार गर्ने।

  3. खाना ताजा, स्वादिष्ट, राम्रोसँग पकाइएको र समयमै ग्राहकलाई उपलब्ध गराउने।

  4. तरकारी तथा अन्य सामग्री काट्ने, चपिङ गर्ने, म्यारिनेट गर्ने, मसला मिलाउने र पोर्शन तयार गर्ने।

  5. सबै परिकारमा स्वाद, गुणस्तर र निर्धारित पोर्शनको एकरूपता कायम राख्ने।

  6. किचन, खाना पकाउने उपकरण, भाँडाकुँडा तथा कार्यक्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  7. खाद्य सामग्री तथा किचन सप्लाइजको उचित भण्डारण र प्रयोग सुनिश्चित गर्दै खाद्य वस्तुको खेर जाने मात्रा कम गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8AM - 8PM
