Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. बर्गर, पिज्जा, फ्राइज, स्यान्डविच, नुडल्स लगायतका फास्ट फुड परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने।

  2. तोकिएको रेसिपी, स्वाद र परिमाणअनुसार खाना पकाउने।

  3. खाना तथा सामग्रीको गुणस्तर, स्वाद र प्रस्तुति कायम राख्ने।

  4. खाना पकाउन आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने, काट्ने र तयारी अवस्थामा राख्ने।

  5. किचन, चुलो, उपकरण तथा कार्यस्थलको सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता कायम गर्ने।

  6. खाद्य सामग्रीको उचित भण्डारण गर्ने र स्टक कम भएमा सुपरभाइजरलाई जानकारी गराउने।

  7. खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा कार्यस्थलको सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्दै समयमै अर्डर तयार गर्ने।
