Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. क्याफेको मेनुअनुसार विभिन्न Fast Food तथा Snacks का परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने।

  2. ग्राहकको अर्डरअनुसार खाना स्वादिलो, ताजा, आकर्षक र समयमा तयार गर्ने।

  3. खाना तयार गर्दा Cutting, Chopping, Marinating, Frying, Grilling, Boiling तथा Plating जस्ता कामहरू गर्ने।

  4. Standard Recipe र Portion Size अनुसार खाना तयार गरी स्वाद र गुणस्तर कायम राख्ने।

  5. प्रयोग हुने खाद्य सामग्रीको गुणस्तर र ताजापन जाँच गर्ने तथा आवश्यक सामग्रीको उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  6. Kitchen, Cooking Equipment, Utensils तथा Work Area सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्दै Food Hygiene तथा Safety मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।

  7. Busy Hours मा छिटो तथा प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्दै Kitchen Team सँग समन्वय गर्ने र ग्राहकको सन्तुष्टिलाई प्राथमिकता दिने।

    Note:

    Duty Time: 6AM-11AM or 2PM - 9PM
