Job Description
  1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

  2. Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.

  3. Ensure timely and efficient service of food and beverages to guests.

  4. Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to ensure satisfaction.

  5. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.

  6. Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards.

  7. Be knowledgeable about beverage offerings, including wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, and provide recommendations to guests.

  8. Ensure all food and beverages are served according to hotel standards and quality control guidelines.

  9. Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff.

  10. Double-check orders for accuracy before delivering them to guests.

  11. Serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring that presentation is in line with hotel standards.

  12. Ensure all guest requests are met, including special dietary requirements or preferences.

  13. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, setting up for the next guests, and ensuring that service areas remain tidy.

  14. Assist with the preparation and replenishment of side stations and service areas.

  15. Ensure all tableware, glassware, and utensils are spotless and properly arranged.

  16. Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per hotel guidelines and local regulations.

  17. Ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food and beverage items.

  18. Adhere to the hotel’s policies on alcohol service, including checking IDs and ensuring compliance with legal drinking age requirements.

  19. Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other F&B staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

  20. Assist team members when required and contribute to a positive, collaborative work
