Job Description

  1. Ensure production quantity as per target

  2. Report daily production to CEO

  3. Delegate task to workers and keep in check

  4. Keep track of raw materials and finished products

  5. Maintain the stock of raw materials

  6. Inspect and check quality of the finished product

  7. Manage Human Resource for production

  8. Manage the showroom and warehouse

  9. Keep a logbook of outgoing products and incoming raw materials.

  10. Streamline production process and increasing production.

  11. Ensure safety measures in the workspace

  12. Keep attendance of the workers and calculate wages at the end of each month.

  13. Keep all the records digitally using a computer in a spreadsheet designed for the factory.
