Job Description

  • Menu Planning & Development: Creating new recipes, seasonal menus, and managing existing offerings

  • Production & Baking: Preparing breads, pastries, and desserts to established recipes and quality standards.

  • Staff Supervision: Training, motivating, and supervising bakery and pastry staff.

  • Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering ingredients, supplies, and equipment.

  • Quality Control: Ensuring consistency in baked goods and adherence to food safety standards.

  • Cost Control: Managing expenses related to ingredients, labor, and equipment.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management teams.

  • Innovation: Experimenting with new recipes and techniques to enhance product offerings.
