Job Description

  1. • Design and develop innovative menus aligned with the brand and customer preferences

  2. • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation• Supervise food preparation and cooking processes

  3. • Introduce seasonal and new dishes to keep offerings fresh

  4. • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, line cooks, etc.)

  5. • Schedule shifts and manage workforce efficiency

  6. • Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive kitchen environment

  7. • Manage food costs, portion control, and waste reduction

  8. • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and supplier relationships

  9. • Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize spoilage

  10. • Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards

  11. • Ensure compliance with local health regulations

  12. • Conduct regular kitchen inspections

  13. • Work with management on budgeting and profitability

  14. • Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements

  15. • Support marketing initiatives (menu promotions, special events)

    Note : Duty hours 8-9 hours

    Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts, or a 3-year diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
