• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation• Supervise food preparation and cooking processes
• Introduce seasonal and new dishes to keep offerings fresh
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, line cooks, etc.)
• Schedule shifts and manage workforce efficiency
