Job Description
  1. Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences at our resort.

  2. Design and develop innovative, high-quality menus for diverse cuisines.

  3. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.

  4. Bring 10–15 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in luxury hotels, high-end resorts, or fine-dining establishments.

  5. Master various cooking techniques and international culinary styles.

  6. Provide strong leadership, manage kitchen staff, and foster teamwork.

  7. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency under pressure.

  8. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring smooth operations at all times.

  7. उच्च दबाबमा पनि खाना गुणस्तर, प्रस्तुति र स्थिरता कायम राख्ने।

  8. साँझ, सप्ताहन्त, र सार्वजनिक बिदामा पनि कार्य गर्न लचिलो र सक्षम।
