3. बिजुली मिटर 3 चरणको ज्ञान हुनुपर्छ
4. बिजुली लाइन 3 चरण को ज्ञान हुनु पर्छ
5. विद्युतीय नियन्त्रण, तार, र प्रकाश प्रणाली स्थापना, मर्मत र मर्मत गर्ने।
