Job Description
  1. ग्राहकबाट आएका incoming call हरू receive गर्ने तथा आवश्यक जानकारी प्रदान गर्ने

  2. Outgoing call गरी ग्राहकसँग follow-up गर्ने

  3. ग्राहकका जिज्ञासा, गुनासा तथा समस्याहरूको समाधान गर्न सहयोग गर्ने

  4. कम्पनीका सेवा तथा सुविधाबारे ग्राहकलाई जानकारी दिने

  5. ग्राहकसँग विनम्र तथा व्यावसायिक व्यवहार गर्ने

  6. ग्राहकको विवरण तथा call records अद्यावधिक राख्ने

  7. ग्राहक सन्तुष्टि सुनिश्चित गर्न प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्ने

  8. आवश्यक परे सम्बन्धित विभागसँग समन्वय गर्ने

  9. दैनिक call तथा customer service सम्बन्धी प्रतिवेदन तयार गर्ने

  10. कम्पनीको customer service मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।

    Duty Hour; 9AM - 5PM.
