Job Description

 १. काठमाण्डौ, ललितपु र भक्तपुर जिल्ला भित्रका भाडामा लागेका घर तथा कोठाहरुको पहिचान गरी डाटा संकलन गर्ने ।

२. सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रका घर धनि अथवा भाडाको निगरानी गर्ने सम्बन्धित ब्याक्तिहरुको पहिचान गरी डाटा संकलन गर्ने ।

३. सम्बन्धित घर तथा कोठाहरु भाडामा कसरी लगाउने गरीएको छ, भाडाको संझौता कसरी गरीएकोछ र मासिक भाडा संकलन र ब्याबस्थापन कसरी गरीएको छ उक्त कुराको जानकारी संकलन गर्ने ।

४. खालिभएको घर तथा कोठाहरु सहजै कसरी भाडामा लगाउने भन्ने बिषयमा घर धनि वा भाडाको निगरानी गर्ने ब्यक्तीलाई जानकारी दिने ।

५.Rent Invoice भनेको के हो, यसले कसरी काम गर्छ, यसको प्रयोग कसरी गर्ने र यसको प्रयोगले हुने फाईदाहरुको बारेमा सम्बन्धित घर धनि वा भाडाको निगारानी गर्ने ब्याक्तिहरुलाई जानकारी दिने ।  

६. Rent Invoice सम्बन्धित घर धनि वा भाडाको निगारानी गर्ने ब्याक्तिहरुलाई बिक्रि गर्ने ।

७. कर्मचारीहरुलाई कम्पनीले दिएको लक्ष पुरा गर्ने ।

८. ग्राहकहरुको सुझाव तथा गुनासो संकलन गरी कम्पनीमा जानकारी गराउने ।

९. कार्य प्रगतिको दैनिक रिपोर्ट कम्पनीमा जानकारी गराउने ।

नोट :

  1. उम्मेदवारहरूको आवश्यक संख्या 10 हो

  2. बिक्रि बापतको कमिसन ।

  3. कम्पनीको मोबाईल सिम कार्ड ।
