Guide clients through the documentation process (e.g., applications, forms, legal papers)
Counsel clients regarding procedures, policies, and services
Maintain and organize client records, both digital and physical
Communicate effectively with clients in-person, via email, and phone
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Solve problems and handle client concerns professionally
Stay updated on policy changes and legal compliance
Work proactively and take ownership of assigned duties
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Note:
Duty time: 10Am to 5Pm
Working day: One day off in a week.
