Prepare and process all necessary LC documentation (Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) in compliance with relevant international trade regulations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents submitted to banks for LC processing.
Coordinate with banks for LC opening, amendments, discrepancies, and settlements.
Liaise with international suppliers for timely receipt of shipping documents.
Assist in audits related to import and LC documentation.
Maintain accurate records of all LC-related documents and transactions.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure purchase orders align with LC terms and import requirements.
Handle custom clearance documentation in coordination with logistics and clearing agents.
