Job Description

  1. Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and glassware according to health and safety standards.

  2. Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe.

  3. Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment properly.

  4. Remove trash, clean garbage bins, and ensure proper waste disposal.

  5. Restock clean dishes and kitchen tools to their designated areas.

  6. Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.

  7. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

  8. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

  9. Work efficiently to keep up with the pace during busy periods.
