भान्सामा भाँडाकुँडा, भाँडो, प्लेट, ग्लास आदि सफा गर्नु।
खाना पकाउने उपकरण र भान्साको सामग्री सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्नु।
दैनिक रूपमा भान्सा क्षेत्रको सफाई गर्नु।
कुकर, तवा, र अन्य उपकरणको प्रयोगपछि उचित सफाई र संग्रह गर्नु।
खाना तयार गर्ने कर्मचारीलाई आवश्यकतानुसार सहयोग गर्नु।
रेस्टुरेन्टको नियम र सरसफाइ मापदण्ड पालना गर्नु।
फोहोर व्यवस्थापन र फोहोरको सही ठाउँमा निपटान गर्नु।
