Job Description

कामको जिम्मेवारी:

  1. भाँडा, गिलास, कप, चम्चा तथा अन्य किचन सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने।

  2. प्रयोग भएका भाँडाहरू समयमै संकलन गरी धुने र व्यवस्थित रूपमा राख्ने।

  3. किचन, डाइनिङ क्षेत्र तथा डिशवाशिङ एरियाको सरसफाइ कायम राख्ने।

  4. डिशवाशिङ मेसिन तथा अन्य सफाइ उपकरणहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा प्रयोग गर्ने।

  5. सफा भएका भाँडा तथा सामग्रीहरू उचित स्थानमा व्यवस्थित गर्ने।

  6. फोहोर व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र किचनमा Hygiene तथा Safety मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।

  7. Supervisor/Chef ले दिएको अन्य सरसफाइ तथा किचनसम्बन्धी काम जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक पूरा गर्ने।
