  1. भाँडा धोई सफा गर्ने: मेनु अनुसार भाँडा, प्लेट, चम्चा, गिलास आदि सफा गर्ने

  2. स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने: भाँडा धोने क्षेत्रको सफाई र व्यवस्था राख्ने

  3. डिशवाशिङ मेशिनको प्रयोग गर्ने: डिशवाशर मेशिनको सही प्रयोग र मर्मत गर्ने

  4. सामग्री व्यवस्थापन गर्ने: सफा गरिएका भाँडाहरूलाई सही स्थानमा राख्ने

  5. सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने: सफाई काम गर्दा सुरक्षा मापदण्डहरूको पालना गर्ने

  6. सामग्रीको देखभाल गर्ने: भाँडा धोने उपकरण र सामाग्रीको मर्मत र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  7. टीम सहयोग गर्ने: अन्य किचन स्टाफसँग समन्वय गरेर काम गर्न सहयोग गर्ने

  8. समय प्रबंधन गर्ने: छिटो र कुशलतापूर्वक भाँडा धोने कार्यहरू समयमै पुरा गर्ने
