Job Description

  1. Develop and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms to promote the resort.

  2. Manage and monitor the resort’s social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and engagement with followers.

  3. Oversee online reservation bookings, confirming and updating records accurately.

  4. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and sales.

  5. Analyze social media performance and booking trends to optimize marketing strategies.

  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure promotions and offers are up-to-date online.

  7. Track leads and follow up on potential customers generated through digital channels.

  8. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and marketing tools to enhance brand presence.

Note: Candidate should be flexible to perform duties both from home and on-site as required.
