We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support our email marketing operations for global e-commerce brands.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for fast learners who want to build real skills quickly and grow into account management or leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
Email Production
Build 20–30 email templates daily using Klaviyo
Follow provided copy and design guidelines with speed and precision
Campaign & Flow Setup
Create and manage automated email flows:
Welcome series
Abandoned cart
Post-purchase sequences
Assist in launching campaigns for active clients
AI-Driven Work
Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve efficiency
Apply training to complete tasks faster and smarter
Quality Control (QA)
Review all emails before publishing
Ensure:
All links work correctly
Content matches the brief
Emails render properly across devices
Growth & Development
Continuously improve your technical and marketing skills
Progress toward account management and leadership roles
