Job Description

  1. मुख्य शेफको निर्देशनमा विभिन्न व्यञ्जनहरूको तयारी तथा पकाउने कार्यमा सहयोग पुर्‍याउने

  2. खाना पकाउने प्रक्रियाको पूर्व तयारी (जस्तै: कटाउने, छान्ने, मापन गर्ने) र मेनु अनुसार सामग्रीको सुनिश्चितता गर्ने

  3. पकाउने क्रममा स्वच्छता, सुरक्षा, र खाना पकाउने गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्ने

  4. दैनिक मेनु अनुसार आवश्यक सामग्रीहरूको तयारी र स्टक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्ने

  5. किचनका सहकर्मीहरूसँग समन्वय कायम गरेर समयमै काम सम्पन्न गर्ने

  6. उपकरणहरूको सफाई र मर्मतसम्भारमा आवश्यक सहयोग पुर्‍याउने

    बिहान ११ बजे देखि बेलुका ९ बजे सम्म
