Account Monitoring: Track and manage outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment status in the company’s systems.
Customer Communication: Build strong client relationships to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on overdue accounts and collection progress to management.
Negotiation: Work with clients to arrange payment terms or settlements when necessary.
