Job Description

  1. Pick up laundry clothes from customers’ locations as per scheduled time

  2. Deliver cleaned and properly packed laundry clothes back to customers’ places

  3. Ensure safe handling of clothes to avoid damage, loss, or mix-ups

  4. Verify customer details, pickup slips, and delivery orders accurately

  5. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of laundry items during transit

  6. Provide polite and professional customer service during pickup and delivery

  7. Follow assigned routes and complete deliveries within the given time frame

  8. Take responsibility for basic vehicle care and timely reporting of issues
