Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Review and verify the accuracy of delivery documents (e.g., invoices, packing slips).
Sort and prioritize items for delivery based on urgency and location.
Receive, sort, and process delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Operate a two-wheeler safely and efficiently for pick-up and delivery services.
Deliver office supplies to customer locations, adhering to schedules and delivery protocols.
Perform clerical tasks related to deliveries, including maintaining delivery logs, tracking deliveries, and preparing reports.
Assist with basic warehouse or office tasks as needed (e.g., organizing stock, filing documents)
Report pick-up and delivery activities to the Supply Chain Officer.
NOTE : Should have their own bike and bike license holder.
