  1. ग्राहकसम्म सामान समयमै र सुरक्षित रूपमा हिँडेरै डेलिभरी गर्नु

  2. डेलिभरी गर्नु अघि सामानको अवस्था र मात्रा जाँच गर्नु

  3. दिइएको डेलिभरी रुट र निर्देशनहरू पालना गर्नु

  4. ग्राहकसँग नम्र र सम्मानजनक व्यवहार गर्नु

  5. डेलिभरीसम्बन्धी रकम (Cash/Payment) सुरक्षित रूपमा संकलन गर्नु

  6. डेलिभरीको रेकर्ड राख्नु र सम्बन्धित कर्मचारीलाई जानकारी दिनु

  7. सामान हराउन वा क्षति हुन नदिन पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी लिनु
