Job Description
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
· Accepting payments for delivered items.
· Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
· Visiting banks, IRD offices, other offices, etc for miscellaneous works related to the office.
Carefully loading and unloading all packages.
Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.
Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.
Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner
