Safely and timely deliver parcels from the Central Hub to respective Branch Hubs, and collect return parcels from Branch Hubs back to the Central Hub, ensuring complete accountability for all assigned parcels and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Parcel Handling & Delivery

●     Transport and deliver parcels safely from the Central Hub to designated Branch Hubs.

●     Collect return parcels from Branch Hubs and deliver them back to the Central Hub.

B. Hub Access & Operation

●     Carry and safeguard the hub key assigned by the company.

●     Open and close the hub responsibly, place parcels properly, and ensure the hub is securely locked after completion of work.

C. Timeliness & Discipline

●     Adhere strictly to the assigned route and delivery schedule.

Report immediately to the Line Haul Department in case of delay, accident, or any unusual circumstance.

D. Parcel & Property Safety

●     Ensure all parcels remain safe, intact, and undamaged during handling and transportation.

●     Take full responsibility for any parcel loss or damage at the hub or inside the vehicle.

E. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

●     Maintain cleanliness and conduct routine checks of the assigned vehicle.

●     Report mechanical issues promptly and avoid negligent driving behavior.

●     Any loss or damage resulting from driver negligence will be the driver’s responsibility.

F. Documentation & Reporting

●     Manage all delivery and return records, including Proof of Delivery (POD) and relevant signatures.

●     Update trip logs such as mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition report after each delivery cycle.

3. Accountability Clause

The driver shall be held fully responsible for:

●     Failure to follow assigned route and delivery schedule.

●     Loss, theft, or damage of parcels either at the hub or during transport.
