Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person

  2. Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience

  3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  4. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

  5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  6. Maintain customer records by updating account information

  7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

    Note: Food Provided Duty time: 10AM to 5PM
