  1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite, professional, and timely manner

  2. Communicate clearly and confidently with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media platforms

  3. Maintain a humble, respectful, and customer-focused attitude at all times

  4. Manage and respond to messages, comments, and reviews on social media channels effectively

  5. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

  6. Record customer interactions and update details in the system properly

  7. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

  8. Follow good civic sense, ethical behavior, and company standards while dealing with customers
