Job Description

  1. Handle all enquiries received through social media platforms, the website, and walk-in customers

  2. Maintain and organize detailed records of all enquiries

  3. Possess in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered

  4. Clearly explain all product and service details to customers, addressing even minor requirements

  5. Convert enquiries into confirmed sales or job orders

  6. Coordinate with all stakeholders for billing, packing, and delivery to ensure error-free transactions

  7. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project initiation and execution

  8. Follow up with customers through calls and messages

  9. Regularly share product information with customers via messages and emails
