Swati Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, responsible, and motivated Customer Care / Digital Team Member for our Radhe Radhe, Bhaktapur office. The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, support online/digital communication, manage daily follow-ups, and assist in digital platform-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries professionally

  2. Respond to customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media

  3. Maintain customer records and follow up when needed

  4. Support digital marketing and online customer handling activities

  5. Coordinate with the internal team for customer service and order updates

  6. Provide accurate information about products/services

  7. Maintain polite and positive communication with customers
