Assist in onboarding new distributors, including collecting and verifying KYC (Know Your Customer) documents
Perform accurate system entry for newly onboarded distributors
Collect, track, and respond to queries from distributors and branch offices
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve IT system-related issues and operational problems
Provide timely updates and communication to management regarding ongoing issues and resolutions
Handle customer and distributor grievances effectively to ensure smooth operational support
Support day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing payments
Prepare and maintain vouchers accurately
Maintain and update ledger records regularly
Manage petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation
Prepare and monitor expenditure reports
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
Monitor repayment schedules and follow up for timely collections
Ensure timely tax filing in compliance with IRD (Inland Revenue Department) regulations
