Job Description
  1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.

  2. Respond to guest inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

  3. Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.

  4. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

  5. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.

  6. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.

  7. Assist in managing reservations and booking systems.

  8. Uphold the hotel’s standards of service and professionalism.
