Salary is negotiable1. Customer Assistance:
* Greet and assist customers in the GameZone.
* Provide guidance on game selection, gaming settings setup, and controls.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
* Help customers navigate through the gaming system and assist with account setups if needed.
2. Technical Issue Reporting:
* Monitor the performance of gaming PCs and other equipment.
* Identify and report any technical issues (e.g., lagging, connectivity, hardware failures) to the technician team for immediate resolution.
* Keep records of issues reported and follow up to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
3. Environment Management:
* Ensure the GameZone is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
* Maintain a comfortable atmosphere by monitoring the cleanliness of the gaming area, ensuring that gaming consoles, chairs, and other equipment are in good condition.
* Uphold gaming etiquette and safety standards by enforcing rules to maintain a fun and respectful environment.
4. Customer Service Support:
* Handle customer payments, manage bookings, food and beverages order and check-ins/check-outs.
* Explain and promote ongoing promotions, tournaments, or membership packages to customers.
* Provide recommendations and general support to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Team Coordination:
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all gaming equipment is up to date and functioning properly.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management executives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
* Basic understanding of PC hardware and software, particularly gaming systems, is a plus.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
