Job Summary

We are looking for 2 experienced Culinary Instructors to provide practical and professional culinary training to aspiring chefs. The ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a culinary instructor and a minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience, with strong expertise in Continental, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct practical and theoretical culinary training sessions based on professional kitchen standards.

2. Demonstrate cooking techniques, food preparation, plating, presentation, and proper kitchen practices.

3. Train students in Continental, Indian, and Chinese cuisines, including recipes, ingredients, techniques, and cooking methods.

4. Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and training activities according to students’ skill levels.

5. Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their culinary knowledge and practical skills.

6. Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, kitchen discipline, equipment handling, and sanitation throughout training sessions.

7. Share practical industry knowledge and professional kitchen experience to prepare students for real-world culinary environments.

   Duty Hour: 4 to 5 Hours

   We are looking for 2 candidates, with 1 candidate for our Lagankhel branch and 1 candidate for our Basundhara branch.
