1. Customer Counseling & Support
Provide clear and detailed information to customers about Easy Ride Nepal services, pricing, and processes.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service packages.
Handle inquiries via phone, social media, email, and in-person visits.
Assist customers throughout the registration and onboarding process.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential clients.
Follow up with leads to convert them into active customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Documentation & Coordination
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist with documentation, form filling, and verification whenever needed.
4. Sales Support
Support the sales team by generating leads and promoting service packages.
Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Participate in promotional campaigns, field visits, and customer engagement events.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Provide feedback on customer trends to help improve services.
