Job Description
  1. Correspond with clients via email, phone, and other communication channels to provide information about outbound tour packages, itineraries, and travel arrangements.

  2. Coordinate with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution of outbound tours.

  3. Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding their travel arrangements.

  4. Prepare and send out tour confirmation emails, booking confirmations, and other relevant documentation to clients.

  5. Assist in the creation of customized tour packages based on clients' preferences and budget.

  6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using CRM software or other database systems.

  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for outbound tours.

  8. Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and visa requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

  9. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the tour booking process.

  10. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role in the travel or tourism industry preferred.

  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  3. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software or database management systems.

  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  6. Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa procedures, and destination-specific information.

  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client bookings and documentation.

  8. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  9. Passion for travel and enthusiasm for promoting outbound tour packages to clients.
