Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  1. Chef तथा kitchen team लाई दैनिक खाना पकाउने र तयारी गर्ने काममा सहयोग गर्ने।

  2. तरकारी, मासु, मसला तथा अन्य खाद्य सामग्री काट्ने, सफा गर्ने र तयारी गर्ने।

  3. Chef को निर्देशनअनुसार सामान्य परिकार तथा खाना तयार गर्न सहयोग गर्ने।

  4. खाना तथा खाद्य सामग्रीको गुणस्तर, सरसफाइ र hygiene कायम राख्ने।

  5. Cooking area, भाँडा, utensils तथा kitchen equipment सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  6. खाद्य सामग्रीको उचित भण्डारण तथा सुरक्षित handling सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  7. व्यस्त समयमा Chef तथा kitchen team लाई छिटो र प्रभावकारी रूपमा सहयोग गर्ने।

  8. Chef वा supervisor ले दिएको अन्य आवश्यक kitchen सम्बन्धी जिम्मेवारी पूरा गर्ने।

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 8 hours

    Working Days: 6 days a week
