Job Description

  1. कुकलाई खाना पकाउने कार्यमा सहयोग गर्ने

  2. तरकारी, मासु लगायतका सामग्री काट्ने, सफा गर्ने तथा तयारी गर्ने

  3. किचनमा प्रयोग हुने भाँडा, उपकरणहरू सफा राख्ने

  4. खाना बनाउने स्थान (work station) सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  5. आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू स्टकमा राख्न सहयोग गर्ने

  6. तयार भएको खाना सर्भिङको लागि तयार पार्ने

  7. किचनमा सरसफाइ तथा हाइजिन मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने

  8. कुकले दिएको निर्देशन अनुसार काम गर्ने

  9. फोहोर व्यवस्थापन गर्ने तथा किचन सफा राख्ने

नोट:

ड्युटी समय १२ बजेदेखि राति १० बजेसम्म हुनेछ।

यो थकाली रेष्टुरेन्टको लागि भएकाले थकाली खाना, मःमः, चाउमिन आदि बनाउन जान्ने तथा त्यस सम्बन्धी राम्रो ज्ञान भएको हुनुपर्छ।
