Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, cleaning meats, and measuring ingredients.

  2. Prepare basic food items under supervision.

  3. Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.

  5. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies.

  6. Ensure proper labeling and storage of food items.

  7. Follow food safety regulations and company hygiene policies.

  8. Support the kitchen team during busy meal service periods.

  9. Dispose of garbage and clean kitchen areas after service.

    Note: Fooding and lodging available

    preference given to candidate with indian cuisine background


    मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

    1. तरकारी काट्ने, मासु सफा गर्ने, सामग्री मापन गर्ने आदि जस्ता खाना तयारीमा कुकलाई सहयोग गर्नु।

    2. सामान्य खाना सामग्री (सलाद, अचार, सस आदि) तयार पार्ने।

    3. भान्सामा आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू मिलाएर राख्ने।

    4. भान्सा, भाँडा, र उपकरणहरू सफा राख्ने।

    5. खाद्यान्न आपूर्ति बुझ्ने, खल्ती खोल्ने र व्यवस्थित तरिकाले राख्ने।

    6. खाना सामग्रीहरू सही तरिकाले चिनो टाँसी राख्ने र भण्डारण गर्ने।

    7. खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमहरू र सरसफाइका मापदण्डहरू पालना गर्ने।

    8. व्यस्त समयमा किचन टिमलाई सहयोग गर्ने।

    9. फोहोर फाल्ने र सेवा पछि भान्सा सफा गर्ने।

      नोट:खाना र बसोबासको व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
