Job Description

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of menu items including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and specials.

  2. Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency in taste and appearance.

  3. Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations.

  5. Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the manager.

  6. Store food properly and monitor expiration dates to reduce waste.

  7. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

  8. Handle food preparation for events or catering orders as needed.

  9. Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or safety issues.
